The week prior to Independence Day, we vacationed in Sea Island with Toppy, JoJo, Aunt Lala, Uncle Kyle, Uncle Robs and sweet girlfriend Kate. Since I have so many great pictures, I thought I would forgo a wordy post and let the pictures do the talking. We had great weather, stayed in a beautiful house and enjoyed being out of the big city for a week! Everyone survived and we just may do this again in years to come!
Yes, Elizabeth decided she needed to potty en route to Sea Island. So amidst the luggage and diapers, I placed the potty on the cooler where she had a level location to make some liquid. Here she is eating a cookie to celebrate. As soon as we arrived, the kids put on their suits and splashed in the baby pool.
A great view of the Stembler house.
...and here is the view out of the backdoor.
One of my favorite pics of JoJo feeding John William - sitting in the shad and enjoying the ocean breeze, so relaxing!
Splishing and splashing at the beach club
Elizabeth was thoroughly entertained with the fountains
"Where does the water come from?"
On the other hand, Tom admired the fountains from his favorite resting place.
Have I told you how much she like the water?
Flying Nun, minus the habit
I tried to teach the kids about shadows
Tom loved the ocean breeze and screaming
Such a cute pic of Aunt Lala and Tom
Senior Citizens in training
Here's the entire family
Family shot, take 2
Everyone, minus grandparents - please look at Tom
Elizabeth loves to 'hub' (hold) John William
An attempt at a family picture
One of my favorite pictures...it is really priceless!
Tom with a mouthful of watermelon looks at Toppy and asks for more!

These are so cute! You left out this trip in our catch up conversation the other day! Looks like you had a great time!
So much fun! The pics are all great. But I must say, I'm exhausted just looking at all you're doing. You are one amazing momma!! John William is precious and I love the pics of Eliz in the water and Tom asleep.
What sweet pictures! Looks like you had a great vacation!
